Enable minimal profile for Unnamed-Server This reduces the closure size from 1.6GB to 1.4! Specifically it disables a lot of stuff I'll never use on the server such as man pages. https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/nixos/modules/profiles/minimal.nix
